    Founder and company president Scott Savage launched the company in 2006 with the development of “Transitional Management,” a proprietary service enabling radio stations to continue operating at full potential while a replacement for a key executive position is being recruited.

    With Savage Media Group's proprietary "Transitional Management” service, SMG performs the duties of a vacant Market Manager or General Manager position on-site, providing stability for the staff and ensuring forward momentum for the radio operation.
